Willow Brook Acres is an AHS Display Garden owned and operated by John and
Sally Marcum. Our residence is located at the garden property where we sell
daylilies locally and through the Internet. A display garden surrounds the
house and daylilies are grown in several large beds spread over our 9 acre
property. We grow more than 700 registered daylilies, old and new. The
majority of our daylilies are bagels but a growing interest in Unusual Form
has increased them in our garden. We also grow a few doubles, dwarf and
miniatures.

Best bloom in our Northern Ohio garden is the month of July with peak being the second or third week.
Garden hours during July : Monday - Saturday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Sunday Noon to 6:00 PM. Other days and times by appointment. An email is appreciated if possible or take your chances and drop by for a garden visit before dark.
We realize that visitors are often traveling and cannot determine the exact time of arrival. We expect off hours visitors.
We have been growing daylilies for almost 20 years but hybridizing for less than 10 years.
Our program has an emphasis on hardy, large flowered tetraploid daylilies.
We also dabble with tet and dip unusual forms, and dip small flowers.
It is our goal to offer gardeners beautiful daylilies that are also beautiful garden plants.
Seedlings are grown in our field 150 yards from the house and can be seen by garden visitors. The terrain is hilly in spots. Comfortable shoes are a must.
We are located 50 miles West of Cleveland in Norwalk, Ohio on Rt 61, East.
